This has calmed our terrier mix down about 50% in the car and has enabled him to calmly deal with the noise of fireworks. Actual thunder has never bothered him but he’s naturally a lively little guy, so anything non-drug we can use to calm him down a bit is wonderful. We’re still working on his skitterishness around children…especially ones running and screaming while they’re playing and he’s walking past them on a leash. He’s a rescue dog who was VERY abused by loutish men and ghastly, cruel children, so this is a continuing effort on our part to find him some peace around children.
